New chairman of Russian part of IGC was appointed

Dmitry Medvedev, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation has appointed Mr. Denis Manturov, the Minister of Industry and Trade of RF a chairman of the Russian part of the Russia-Pakistan Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation.
